Analyze and organize project data, permits, and review schedules with accuracy, neatness, and timeliness.

Utilize appropriate software applications such as Excel, Word, AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.

Work from sketches, notes and other input material to produce computer generated site plans and complete drawings. Can complete construction drawing, technical specs, and bid documents with direction from project manager or senior designer.

Search, investigate, and select technical reference data pertinent to a project.

Prepare and assist with developing project reports, estimates, surveys, statistics, and designs.

Prepare calculation reports with site data information such as storm water, erosion control, and pipe calculations.

Maintain positive communication with staff, clients, and subcontractors.

Possess high ethical standards, organization skills and strong work ethic

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, CAD Civil 3D, or MicroStation with the ability to learn other design software as required.

Strong writing and verbal skills with the ability to complete work consistently as an individual and as a member of the team

Analytical skills with ability to prepare statistical reports and site calculation packages.
