Our Commercial Retail Space Projects

  • Cobb Corners – Rocky Mount, NC. An expansion to an existing Wal-Mart Shopping Center Complex that included new junior anchor space and spec space. Project scope included layout of new parking lot, water and sewer main extensions and road widening project. Over 116,000 SF of retail space including Old Navy, Office Depot, Circuit City, Dollar Tree, Michaels, and Lifeway.
  • Winstead Park – Rocky Mount, NC. A new 10-lot commercial park subdivision. Civil/Site development including master planning, roadway alignment and design, water and sewer extensions and stormwater ponds. Construction cost $1.8 million.
  • Wal-Mart – Cedar Point, NC. A new 125,000 SF Wal-Mart Supercenter. Design included parking lot, stormwater infiltration basins, water and sewer main extensions, and existing NCDOT roadway relocation.
